FAQ

NYC questions.

Do you have a local crew in New York?

Yes. NYC graffiti writers work with us on every New York activation — people from the culture that started it all. They staff the wall, guide guests, and keep it real.

Can it work in a small retail space?

Yes. The LCD configuration is built for tight SoHo popups and retail floors — sharp in any lighting, quick to set up, small footprint. For flagships and lobbies, we scale up to LED; SHIFT Midtown got a 30-foot projection wall plus a 16-foot LED in the lobby.

How long can an installation run?

As long as you need. Samsung's Galaxy Experience Space in SoHo ran daily for a full month — the rig is built for long residencies, not just one-night events.

How far in advance should we book?

4–6 weeks ahead is comfortable for NYC events. For month-long retail runs or fashion week timing, earlier is better.
