When graffiti culture is the whole point of the room, the wall doesn't need much explaining.
Urban Break 2024 ran July 11–14 at COEX in Seoul — Asia's largest urban & street art fair, four days of visual art, music, fashion, street dance and food blended together under one roof. We brought a 16-foot Graffiti+ LED wall to the entrance of the festival — the first thing people walked past on the way in.
Festival artists from the broader Urban Break programme stepped up to paint demos throughout the four days, and the public picked up the can in between. The line stayed deep at the door across the run — a wall positioned exactly where it should be, in a room that already speaks the language.
Eighteen years. Six continents. One idea, done right.
For eighteen years, Graffiti+ has been putting real creative tools in people's hands — in public, at scale, and always with cultural integrity.
Born from the roots of graffiti culture and built for anyone willing to pick up a custom spray can, the platform transforms festival floors into shared canvases where artists and audiences paint together in real time. From their home in Vancouver to projects across six continents, Graffiti+ has partnered with Urban Break, Outloud Macau, Samsung at the Winter Olympics, Nike and Hennessy to bring authentic, participatory experiences to audiences everywhere.
When graffiti culture is the whole point of the room, the wall just hands them the can.
