A large Lululemon internal team-building event at Fairmont Vancouver — Chairman Ting drew live on the Graffiti+ wall, and every staff member walked out in a hoodie printed with the art they'd helped make.
On October 12, 2023, Lululemon staged the "RMI Gathering 2023" at Fairmont Vancouver under the theme Create the Future — a large internal team-building moment built around the brand's vision for what came next, and its core values: inclusion, connection, courage, personal responsibility. We partnered with longtime collaborator Carson Ting (Chairman Ting) — the Vancouver-based illustrator behind our Porsche 75th anniversary mural — to anchor the creative side. Carson designed a custom illustration set in advance, then drew live on the Graffiti+ digital wall throughout the event, weaving each value into the visual world.
The mechanic was a clean loop. Each Lululemon staff attendee stepped up to the wall and made their own piece using a custom palette of Chairman Ting stickers, stencils and Lululemon-flavoured visual language (controllable via the on-screen menu: COLOR, NOZZLE, STICKER, BACKGROUND). Their work merged with Carson's live illustration, and the combined output was printed directly onto custom Lululemon hoodies and handed back to the staff member as a take-home gift. Wall, illustration, print, hoodie, done — each attendee walked out wearing the piece of art they'd just helped create.
